  • Larry Acquarulo – CEO & Owner

    Larry founded Foster Corporation in 1989 and has been CEO of Foster since inception. In 2009 Larry became Co - CEO of PolyMedex Discovery Group, following the merger between Foster and Putnam Plastics. Under his leadership, Foster has become a world-wide leader in radiopaque compounds for minimally invasive devices.

  • Jim Dandeneau – CEO & Owner

    Jim founded Putnam Plastics in 1984 and served as President until its sale to Memry in 2004. In 2009 Jim became co-CEO of PolyMedex Discovery Group, following the merger between Foster and Putnam. Under Jim’s guidance, Putnam Plastics has established itself as the leading source for complicated extrusions and co-extrusions for the medical device industry.

  • Hank Hague – CFO

    Hank has held several manufacturing and corporate finance roles at the Gillette Company, Medtronic, Stanley Works, and Pitney Bowes. He served as CFO for Ibis Consulting an early stage Electronic Discovery firm. Most recently he held the position of CFO for a private equity backed industrial metals manufacturer.

  • Ken Pickering – Executive Vice President, Operations

    As Executive Vice President of Operations for PolyMedex Discovery Group, Ken oversees all manufacturing, engineering, quality and logistics functions for Putnam Plastics and Foster Corporation. Previously Ken served as President of Foster Corporation prior to the merger, and before joining Foster he served in a wide range of manufacturing leadership roles at Polaroid Corporation.

  • Dan Lazas – Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

    Dan is Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for PolyMedex Discovery Group, overseeing all commercial activities for Foster Corporation, Putnam Plastics Corporation and Delivery Science. Prior to joining PolyMedex, Dan held senior leadership positions at Greene Tweed & Co., US Gastro Corporation, and Victrex USA.
